Annual Maintenance Package

As a limited-time introductory offer, we are providing a free Annual Maintenance Package with the purchase of any ActiveReports Server license. This package provides you with a full suite of technical support services for one year. Services include:

1. All major releases.

2. All service releases and minor upgrades.

3. E-mail support

For e-mail support, please submit your requests via the helpdesk section on the community web site.

To speed up the support process, please include the build number, hardware and operating environment specifications, and a detailed description of the problem.
